Awarded the degree of MS in agrobiology for the thesis entitled "Studies on polymorphism of the female-specific storage protein in Bombyx mori." Work supervised by Professor Narumi Yoshitake.

Apr. 1984 - Mar. 1987 Faculty of Agriculture, The University of Tokyo. Awarded the degree of PhD in agrobiology for the thesis entitled "Studies on hemolymph proteins in the silkmoths." Work supervised by Professor Narumi Yoshitake.
